During my time at Michael Kors, the digital flagship was due for a backend update that created an opportunity for the frontend to get a facelift. As the creative leader on a scrum team consisting of UX, Digital Merchandising, Development, and Marketing, I contributed towards an exploratory redesign, learning from my colleagues' expertise and implementing ecommerce best practices.
The nature of this work was ongoing and therefore updates were phased out in an agile workflow. What you find here is exploratory work that represents key shopper insights and informs how brand campaigns can service the digital storefront.
