In addition to being a leader in distinctive American style, Ralph Lauren blazes trails in the innovation-front as well. With RL Heat, the brand introduced a collection of outerwear that actually generates heat and is controlled through a mobile app. The collection paired this unique technology with iconic 90s styles that are a collector's item. Our campaign had the dual responsibility of announcing the fashionable new arrivals while also educating the consumer on the product.
The video was shot vertically at a 9:16 aspect ratio in order to tailor the edits to social media best practices. This enabled us to easily make cut-downs and pulse out the campaign via Instagram, the brand's social platform of choice.
